Our story begins in 2013. With vision and determination, our founder laid the foundations of Sorocaba Informática at the age of 24. Born in Camaquã-RS, Mr. Ramiro Sperb brought with him his expertise in information security acquired in his academic career and put to the test as IT coordinator for a large Japanese car manufacturer in the city of Sorocaba-SP.

 

    After almost 02 years performing coordination functions at the multinational, he participated in a public bid to serve post and telegraph agencies in an area covering over 300 km from Sorocaba-SP, the company's headquarters. Winning this bid was the starting point for a series of challenges overcome, marking the beginning of a trajectory of constant growth.

 

    Over time, with the arrival of new professionals and pioneering strategic partnerships, the company has become closer to technology giants, becoming a hub for advanced solutions offered by Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, among others. These connections, combined with our technical certifications, have positioned us as a reliable and credible partner in infrastructure, technical support and information security.

 

    Since then, we have registered more than 25,000 service requests and achieved a remarkable rate of 99.2% of tickets opened by our customers being answered by our support team within 20 minutes of their opening! Even in the face of challenges, such as the pandemic, we have not only resisted, but flourished, continuing to expand our horizons with each new year that has begun.
